My guest to provide her expert insights on these topics is Anna Lutz. Anna has a distinguished history as a dietician and eating disorder specialist. She is co-owner of Lutz & Alexander Nutrition Therapy, which focuses on eating disorders and pediatric and family nutrition, and she is the co-creator of Sunny Side Up Nutrition, which is a website and podcast that assists parents in feeding their kids successfully. Biography of Anna Lutz
Anna Lutz is a Registered Dietitian and co-owner of Lutz & Alexander Nutrition Therapy, specializing in eating disorders and pediatric/family nutrition. She is the co-creator of Sunny Side Up Nutrition a website and podcast that supports parents in the daunting task of feeding children well, free of diet culture and with an eye on eating disorder prevention. Anna received her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Duke University and Master of Public Health in Nutrition from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is a Certified Eating Disorders Specialist (CEDS) and an Approved Consultant, both through the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals (iaedp). Anna serves on the board of Carolina Resource Center for Eating Disorders and is a former Content Expert with NCEED. Previously, she worked at Children’s National Medical Center in Washington, DC and Duke University Student Health, treating individuals with eating disorders. She has completed extensive training through the Embodied Recovery Institute and strives to provide her clients trauma and somatically informed care. Anna delivers workshops and presentations on eating disorders, weight-inclusive healthcare, and childhood feeding.
