I would like to link a friends website in my website. I have tried many times the registry thing and it won't work. I have done it before and it it was a code. I can no longer find that code.

Hi Madalyn,
It's easier than what you think. First select (highlight) the text or image that you would like to link to be the link. Then, click on the link icon (second row, third from the right). In that pop-up window you can paste the address of your registry (IE: http://www.target.com/registry). To get the address go to your registry page and copy the URL at the top.

How do members make their page look completely customized? I have seen pages with backgrounds that are not available through BHP. Is there a tutorial or site I can get more information?

Those site are probably using the Blank style and customizing it with their own graphics and code. Here's a tutorial on customizing:
